Today is August 24th and there are a few celebrity birthdays out there. My top priority of course is my future husband, the ginger bread man Rupert Grint, who turns 21 today!
Additional celebrity birthdays include Chad Michael Murray (One Tree Hill, A Cinderella Story) turning 28 and Dave Chappelle (Comedian) turning 36.
